Charming Stay in a Peaceful Location
warm welcome sweet housekeeper clean building
Eduardo gave a super warm welcome at check-in, made settling into a new place EASY. The housekeeper was so sweet and accommodating. She really loves Italy. The building itself was very clean and well maintained. They have thought of every little detail.
the rooms were a tad small! it did not really bother me, though.

The hotel features a cozy common room. Breakfast is prepared there daily. There is also an honesty bar and tea facilities available . A courtyard is also present. I noticed that there is a lift available too.

Additional comfortable blankets were placed at the foot of the bed, super. I also noticed a light scent throughout the palazzo. Fresh towels were brought to the rooms every couple of days too.

The location is near Piazza Santo Spirito, a quieter, peaceful area for a relaxing stay. Public transport is accessible. A bus from the train station stops close by. Walking to the area takes about 20 minutes.

Breakfast includes milk, juice, pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt, and cakes for a complete meal. Bacon and eggs are prepared on site as you eat them. I really enjoyed the coffee. A special brunch was prepared for new year's day too.

self check-in easy process decorated hotel nicely decorated quiet area small room broken thermostat slamming door
the self check-in process was easy at any time. i arrived at night. this was very practical for me. the hotel and rooms were nicely decorated. the location is near to tourist attractions, but not in the mid of them. this is a more local and quiet area.
the room was small. it was hot during my entire stay. i set the thermostat but it didn't work. the room was at the entrance and street level. i heard everyone punch in the key code and come in the door. the door slammed shut every single time.

nice design great products beautiful interiors
i thought the room design was nice and it had great bath products. the neighbourhood was calm and close to many places. the interiors were very beautiful, felt curated.
the room was very small, this is not a place to stay for more than one night.
